HOUSING
Pet birds can be quite an investment
, so it is important to house , care and manage them properly. A golden rule, which is often quoted , but seldom observed,
is; first the housing , then the birds ! Learn all you need about your bird, and make most of your enjoment with it by
providing what it needs to be happy , healhty and fun. Some birds like handling, some are fun to watch , some will talk while
other will have a beautiful songs , some are very colorful, others are ful of antic. If you know about the bird you are getting
then you will know what to expect and what to do to maximize you and your birds enjoyment !If this rule his folllowed, then
all the possible arrangments for housing the new bird or birds should be made, so that the birds can be introduced dirrectly
and with out fuss into their new accommodations.Birds in your care shoud be well housed and well equipped. A bird's Cage is it castle, give them plenty of room to fly about and strech their wings .
In the wild most birds are lively fliers that cover long and short distances on the wings every day and actively climb among
the branches of trees and shrubs. So when you buy a CAGE bigger his always best. Birds in captivity that are squeezed for small
space rarely breed ,so if you are thinking about breeding you have to get the right size cage for a pair of birds to breed
in. They will get fat and sluggish, become bored and pick their feathers and die before their time if they are not put into
the right kind of accommodation to house the bird or birds of your choice.
Pet birds are extremely adaptable to various
forms of housing, providing a few logical rules are followed. In the frist place , birds require adequate light and cannot
tolerate drafts; these two factors must be taken into consideration by the fancier, if he or she wishes to have success with
birds of any kind.
Young birds especially need alot of freedom
of movement to fly about. Therefore If you breeds bird and the parent birds are kept in breeding cages .I recommend newly independent
young birds to be put in roomy runs or flights cage where they can fly about to their heart content. This allows them to develop
their musles, lungs, and other organs more fully. After the breeding season it is also recommended to let the breeding pairs
get some recreation to make up for the stressful period they've just experinced. give them some time in the run to recuperate
and excersize and get the proper rest for the next breeding season.

MINIMUM SIZE REQUIREMENT
FOR SOME CAGE BIRDS.
=======================================
AS I MENTION A CAGE IS A BIRDS CASTLE SO WHEN
ACQUIRING A CAGE THE FRIST CONSIDERATION MUST BE THE TOTAL LENGHT OF THE CAGE AND THE SIZE. IN CAPTIVITY EVERY BIRD
MUST HAVE ENOUGHT ROOM TO FLY, NOT JUST TO SPREAD ITS WINGS , SO THAT IT CAN MAINTAIN GOOD HEALTH. IF A BIRD DON'T HAVE SUFFICIENT
ROOM TO FLY ABOUT AND SPREAD IT WINGS, IT WOULD BE DETRIMENTAL TO ITS HEALTH. A CAGE THAT IS TOO SMALL FOR A BIRD HIS LIKE
A PRISON SO SMALL THAT THE BIRD CAN JUMP, IN ONE SPRING FROM PERCH TO PERCH , WITHOUT USING ITS WINGS IS NOT RECOMMENDED,
ITS MORE LIKE A PRISON AND NOT A HOME FOR OUR FEATHER FRIENDS. SO WHEN YOU THINK OF GETTING A CAGE FOR YOUR FEATHER FRIENDS
MAKE SURE IT HAVE ADEQUATE LENGHT AND SIZE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE WIDTH IS THE LENGHT OF THE CAGE. AN EFFICIENT. ROOMY
AND SENSIBLE HOME IS WHAT ALL THE PET BIRD REQUIRES , SO THAT YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR BIRD LIVING IN IS CASTLE FOR YEAR AND
YEAR TO COME.
